The Twilight Relays is one of the largest sporting events in Marin County, bringing together over 30 Bay Area High Schools and over 500 athletes from Antioch to Sausalito, South Fork to the Peninsula, to run and sprint and race to the finish line in an event that brings together teammates, parents, fans, and businesses.   There will be several heats for each relay race with the faster teams running in the latter heats based on pre meet seeding.  The top three team times of all of the heats in each relay race will receive special medals, presented throughout the evening. 

The Twilight Relays consists of six relay races, run at night, under the lights.  This year's event has grown from the previous years with more high schools sending their best athletes to showcase sprinters and distance runners.  The magic of this event is in runners of all calibers competing as a team in unique relay distances at night. 

Relay Races:

• Girls Sprint Medley Relay (100m-100m-200m-400m)
• Boys Sprint Medley Relay (100m-100m-200m-400m)
• Girls Distance Medley Relay (1200m-400m-800m-1600m)
• Boys Distance Medley Relay (1200m-400m-800m-1600m)
• Coed 4x200 meter Relay (girl-girl-boy-boy)
• Coed 4x800 meter Relay (girl-girl-boy-boy)

Please note:

• All races willl be seeded based on estimated times.
• The top THREE team times in each event will receive a medal at the awards ceremony at the end of the meet.
• There will be Automatic Timing for each race.
• There will be a concessions stand with food and drink and t-shirts for sale.
• Entry fee for spectators is $5.00. There is no charge for athletes or coaches.
• A finalized time schedule will be sent to all coaches after all entries have been received.
